BIOGRAPHIES
Jason Lorenz and Shelley Duncan are a fun-loving married couple who are the proud parents of three Cardigan Welsh Corgis named Vash, Killian, and Dorian. They are both avid gamers, love the outdoors, and enjoy spending time on both woodworking and other artistic endeavors.
Jason Lorenz
Jason Lorenz was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Throughout childhood, he was often found in his family's workshop creating projects with the help of his father. As time has continued on, Jason has remained dedicated and enjoys working with his hands at every opportunity. He is often found building various projects for the house including, tables, desks, and shelves.
Within the past year, he has shifted his attention to smaller items including, hand-turned bowls and platters. This new and exciting project offers endless opportunities for experimentation in shapes and designs. It is a project that he is passionate about and dedicates as much time as possible to. Shelley Duncan
Shelley Duncan was born in Michigan and moved to Columbus, Ohio at the age of twelve. She has been passionate about all forms of art ever since she was a child, primarily focusing on drawings in graphite, pastel, and charcoal. During college, she experimented with three-dimensional objects and began to explore the possibilities that they had to offer in more detail. She has also recently begun to work with watercolors and is enjoying the process.
After meeting her husband, Jason Lorenz, she was introduced to yet another art form that she had not considered, woodworking. The first time she used a lathe she could not help but continue to be drawn back to it repeatedly. Shelley continues to work on her two-dimensional drawings and paintings in addition to exploring the possibilities that woodworking has to offer. Vash, Killian, & Dorian
Vash is a blue merle Cardigan Welsh Corgi with a goofy personality who loves to play keep away, spend time with his humans, and snuggle at night. He was the first of the trio to be introduced to our family.
Killian is a red Cardigan Welsh Corgi who is a lazy bum that loves nothing more than to demand scratches and wait for pears to ripen under our tree. He was adopted a year after Vash from his breeder.
Dorian is the youngest of the bunch, half-brother to Vash, and nephew to Killian. He is shy, a bit timid, and extremely demanding because ball is life. He became part of the family just over a year after Killian.
